You might try the USGS website but you would need specialist software to interpret the results. Plus, if you see a signal you don't actually know it came from Haiti. A much better approach would be to search earthquake catalogues for foreshocks. That being said, I haven't heard anything about activity leading up to the main shock and a quick trawl of the USGS catalogue at http://neic.usgs.gov/neis/epic/epic_rect.html doesn't show up anything.
