Day 2: Last day proper of our Moroccan holiday. Camped on the Edge of the Sahara Desert near Zagora and got up before sunrise for this shot of a sandstone cobble cairn.

Rock 365 : Day 1
Day 1: Start of my project Rock365 to photograph rocks every day of 2010. This is from the penultimate day of our Moroccan holiday and is a prepared slab of ammonites and orthocones on sale in the Hotel Kasbah Meteorites near Alnif between Draa Oasis and Ziz Valley.
